“This urgent care is truly outstanding. This was my second visit, and once again, I was met with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care from start to finish. I came in feeling very unwell due to dehydration, and the staff quickly got me started on IV fluids with vitamins. Everyone from the front desk to the medical team was compassionate, patient, and made me feel completely cared for.“

“I was impressed with several aspects of my experience at Valley Urgent Care. The facility itself was very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. However, there was one aspect of the visit that concerned me. During my examination, the physician did not check my lungs. This omission was notable given my low oxygen saturation levels. While I appreciate the efficiency of the visit, a thorough examination is always crucial for accurate diagnosis and treatment.“

“I've read people's complaints and they're ridiculous. I've been taking my kids to like 3 of their locations for years, and I've always been seen on time, and the times that it's taken longer than expected it's because it can't be avoided. It's medicine, not a drive thru at McDonald's. I've had to schedule appointments sometimes at 3 a.m., and they responded within minutes. The ladies and Dr's at the offices are very genuine and kind. Today, I made an appointment for my 14 year old at 6:48 am. Without a glitch for later today. I am grateful for kids and teens. As a single father of 3, I can honestly say I am grateful for everything they do for my kids. The staff is really courteous even to the most rude of parents. The Dr's and staff are caring and great. In addition many times at midnight or later I've been able to schedule emergency appointments for early that morning for my kids. Prior pediatricians made me go to the emergency rooms or were too booked. At kids n teens they've never turned me away. They always see my kids in a professional and timely and caring manner. Fact is my son needed his psych meds asap, because there was an issue long ago with acquiring them because of medical issues, I called them up they gave me an immediate appointment, we saw the Dr and she not only helped get his prescriptions but also made other referrals my son so desperately needed that were urgent.“

I cannot thank the entire staff everyone from the Amazing and extremely professional Office Manager Yalda who is always there and goes above and beyond to make sure for any reason you might find yourself there you are taken care of, then theres the main DR who i owe my life to and when i say this believe me it is coming from a very deep place within me! Dr Hamid from the moment I walked in with a very sensitive issue he made me feel at ease not with fake promises but realistic expectations as long as i did what he advised and i did now closing on 6 years of having my life back thanks to this amazing place and its Staff. Anyone speaking negatively about this place or Dr Hamid or any staff members i cant speak on their personal experience but i can say this with the highest degree of confidence, Dr Hamid has never been anything but honest helpful has gone out of his way to make sure of my well being at any given time. Just having that comfort is such a blessing and such a big deal that i cant express in words. I waited all these years to post a review of this location for a reason. So if anyone is having any second thoughts or reading reviews that are not positive i just want to say please just go see Dr Hamid for any issues you or a loved one might be having related to "bad habits" i am a success story all thanks to Dr Hamid and his staff and Yalda is the sweetest the most caring person I have come across in this field so I don't understand the negative comments anyone is posting about her! “This lab was extremely professional and efficient. We showed up on a weekend morning before they opened- there was a line out the door which was discouraging- but assumed since they are the only lab open on the weekends. The kiosk got everyone checked in efficiently and they started moving fast. I was here for multiple blood draws but only wait about a half hour for the first one (which was fast in my opinion considering there were probably 18 people in front of me). By noon it was more quiet and not as much of a wait. The nurse who drew my blood was amazing and really kind and thoughtful. The office was clean and I was able to check back in 10 minutes before each hour where she got me in.“
