This is review is long over due. I was referred to Dr. Gabriela Sauders My previous PCP (who I loved) Dr. Esraghi was out on maternity leave. I was having trouble receiving care without a PCP. I have a very complicated medical history, so I was hesitant about seeing a new physician. And I am admittedly very picky. There was no need to worry, Dr, Sauders was knowledgeable, professional and caring. She runs on time, but I did not feel rushed. Or that she was one foot out the door. She communicates well and answers my questions through the portal with-in the day. This is not common for all physicians. She treated me with respect and kindness. Thank you Dr. Sauders.

I always appreciate the level of care I receive in this office. I have HMO choose to be assigned to my PCP in this office, and I've been going to this doctor's office since 2016! In addition to primary care, they also have a clinical lab and an urgent care for walk-ins, which are both really convenient. I don't think people realize how convenient that really is, but in other PCP offices, you have to go to some outside lab in bum duck nowhere, and not always accept immediate walk-ins. The facility is also nice and spacious and has friendly staff. I think that most folks prefer a "one stop shop" when it comes to healthcare. But what can happen with UC healthcare - it can become so far from that, it can almost feel like a "tour of So Cal" (!). (For me, it was like, rush to Santa Clarita for an MRI, now rush to another facility (in a very different part of town) to do another referral, the next week rush to Century City (to a mall that one has to tread miles thru to arrive @ the UCLA clinic). Folks in their 20s and 30s (and even 40s) are well equipped to deal with this (!)- but older folks, seniors with mobility issues - can't handle the "Tour" concept!
