“It was a great experience. Love the Tali Tails Team!!! The owner was so nice and explained everything to me in great detail and I love it. The grooming so did the bath and hair cut was super nice and took the time to listen to how I want my miniature poodle to have his hair cut. His haircut looks perfect. And for my small dog she had a great bath and deshedding 10/10 would recommend this place. Love how its cage free too, it was their first time and love how they treated them. I am definitely coming back thank you again the the team!!! ??????“

They worked things to fit us in at incredibly short notice (when several others I'd already used previously couldn't/wouldn't); they showed up on time; they were incredibly respectful and smart - asking great questions about our dog and what we wanted. They spent a good amount of time with us before even starting the grooming, and our dog (who is very nervous and anxious) felt immediately comfortable in the groomers arms. “I've visited Pet Lover’s Resort three times, although never with my own dog. On the first occasion, I brought my sister’s dog, and on the subsequent visits, I took my cousin’s dog. The service was excellent on the first and second visits, and the pricing was reasonable. During the second visit, I requested grooming and a curtain trim for my cousin’s dog, which was done well for around $60.

However, my experience on the third visit was different. I requested only a basic grooming service—just a wash and blow dry, without any additional services like haircuts, teeth brushing, or nail trims. They initially quoted $90 for this, which seemed unreasonable, given that I had paid less for more services previously. After discussing the pricing with the owner, she agreed to lower it to $65. Later, I received a call from the front desk stating the charge would be $60, which I accepted. However, upon arrival, I was informed the fee was $65, as initially discussed. The inconsistency and lack of clear communication were frustrating, as it wasn’t about the extra five dollars, but rather the principle of the situation. Additionally, after the third visit, I noticed that my cousin's dog did not smell like anything at all, which was disappointing. This added to my annoyance, as I expected at least a pleasant scent after grooming.“

“Magnolia Grooming is the best grooming business in the SFV. My dogs feel really comfortable with the groomer who always does a good job and puts a bandanna or hair clips on the dogs. I have also boarded my dogs there as well. Overall, great service at fair prices who really cares about the dogs.“

They tailored the training to my dog's needs, and I noticed a huge improvement in his behavior. The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean and safe.“

The grooming was ahhhhhmazing. My dog is SO soft and Ana did such a great job with the deshedding. Our dog literally looks and feels like a new dog. Her fur is soft like a puppy.
The products had a little scent to them, but very mild.
I have only ever had my dog groomed one other time by a mobile groomer, and the smell was so overpowering, and the experience wasn’t the best, which is why I hadn’t tried a mobile groomer again.
We will be scheduling with Ana again. She did an amazing job trimming our doggy as well. 5 star service!“

“I've had standard poodles for more than 40 years. Although it takes a half hour to get to Randi at K9 cosmetology, it is well worth the trip. She is the finest groomer we have had. Book in advance because she is very busy“
