I've been going to valley of the paws for a while now, they're amazing. My babies cuts come out so beautifully. My brother recently told me a story of how one of his friends anxious dogs went to get groomed (not here but somewhere else), pup was very anxious, had a heart attack and passed away. My Charlie has separation anxiety and I am now anxious because of this story. I explained this to them and they have been keeping me reported on how he is doing and if they notice any severe signs and symptoms of anxiety, they will make sure to prioritize him and not the grooming. The customer service here is unparalleled. The prices are straightforward, the facility is so clean! Dog salons usually give me a headache with their smells and this just smells clean and fresh. The staff is so friendly, and you can tell how excited they are to see the dogs they groom regularly. They're so respectful and kind, and there was one anxious doggy that the groomer handled sooo lovingly and patiently. The staff is professional and actually asks for proof of vaccination. The vibe and energy is so positive and they kept me updated the entire time my pup was there! Thank you Danica for taking care of my girls.

This is really the best place for pet grooming I have ever seen. Before I found this place I was always nervous when I had to leave my dog . But here I see my dog having a good time. Their prices are also reasonable. Everyone I saw was professional and super friendly. My dog is not easy to handle but Chloe was like an angel so she was able to groom him. I also met other groomers there too who were also very friendly and professional. Alexandra is also the best in customer service. I am a very happy customer . Ladies and Gentleman do not look for any other place. Take your pet babies to Valley of the paws for grooming.
