“Three of us had a private session today with Jill. It was our girls day out. Pilates & wine (and whining as Jill was kicking our butt.) SO MUCH FUN! Jill is amazing, we all love her! We have already called her to schedule our next session. Because we are driving up from the bay, we will be doing 90 minute private sessions and then enjoying a lovely lunch after. All 3 of us are at different fitness levels but Jill accommodated us safely, quickly and easily. She's amazing! The studio is perfect. Super cute, clean & spacious. I highly recommend. Even if you don't live in the area, do a girls day out like us, pilates, whine & wine. :)“

The studio is modern, open and airy, with the most up to date pilates reformer equipment. Amy (a former ballerina) is positive, thoughtful and a joy to be around. She does a great job in customizing a private session for each person's needs and desires. She can also do group sessions for up to 3 people.“
