This is a very good Contemporary studio! I was visiting Calistoga for a few days and did Intermediate Reformer with Freya. It was a great workout and she clearly knows the bodies of her regular clients. I’m glad to know this place exists and will go again the next time we are in Calistoga. Fantastic challenge, nice studio set up, and great vibe from the clients.

I took a semi private class with Jill and it was absolutely fantastic. She provides clear instructions, offers helpful tweaks to my form and was able to accommodate my limitations. It was an excellent session and she is a phenomenal instructor.

Three of us had a private session today with Jill. It was our girls day out. Pilates & wine (and whining as Jill was kicking our butt.) SO MUCH FUN! Jill is amazing, we all love her! We have already called her to schedule our next session. Because we are driving up from the bay, we will be doing 90 minute private sessions and then enjoying a lovely lunch after. All 3 of us are at different fitness levels but Jill accommodated us safely, quickly and easily. She's amazing! The studio is perfect. Super cute, clean & spacious. I highly recommend. Even if you don't live in the area, do a girls day out like us, pilates, whine & wine. :)
