Three of us had a private session today with Jill. It was our girls day out. Pilates & wine (and whining as Jill was kicking our butt.) SO MUCH FUN! Jill is amazing, we all love her! We have already called her to schedule our next session. Because we are driving up from the bay, we will be doing 90 minute private sessions and then enjoying a lovely lunch after.All 3 of us are at different fitness levels but Jill accommodated us safely, quickly and easily. She's amazing! The studio is perfect. Super cute, clean & spacious. I highly recommend. Even if you don't live in the area, do a girls day out like us, pilates, whine & wine. :)

Simply amazing! I took beginners class and Freiya was my instructor. She walked me through the terminology the machine and her direction while in the class was so descriptive and easy to understand. I was super nervous and my nerves were put at ease immediately. Very clean studio. I will be returning. So glad I found this gem in Calistoga.

What an incredible studio! Clean, welcoming, and the workouts are genuinely hard! I took a Pilates OOV class with Jill and highly recommend it. She is tough with an incredible eye for form - I definitely don't get this type of attention at any of my LA studios. Glad to know this place exists and I don't have to give up on working out while I am on vacation. Plan on going back the next time I am in town!
