USModular, Inc.
“Everyone at USModular has been great to work with. Our whole process from first inquiring to moving in has taken about 8 months. Karen has been great with walking through the process and helping us pick out a model and all the options. Todd and Bill are easy to reach and always answer any questions or solve any problems within a couple hours. We expected there might be delays with on-site work just because we always hear of construction delays in general. We were pleasantly surprised that everyone arrived on time or sometimes even early! If there were any delays, everyone communicated in a timely manner. Everyone who came to work on our property took great care of it also. We would be happy to recommend US Modular to anyone who was looking to purchase a manufactured home or add an ADU to their property.”
