Everyone at USModular has been great to work with. Our whole process from first inquiring to moving in has taken about 8 months. Karen has been great with walking through the process and helping us pick out a model and all the options. Todd and Bill are easy to reach and always answer any questions or solve any problems within a couple hours. We expected there might be delays with on-site work just because we always hear of construction delays in general. We were pleasantly surprised that everyone arrived on time or sometimes even early! If there were any delays, everyone communicated in a timely manner. Everyone who came to work on our property took great care of it… read full review

After interviewing several construction companies, I chose USModular to build an ADU on my property. I'm happy to report they did a stellar job from start to finish. Like all projects, there were times we had to have discussions about misunderstandings between me and the company, but they were always handled professionally, fairly, and settled to my satisfaction. They were mindful of my budget! One word to anyone considering doing a project with a contract....and this applies to all contracts...READ THEM CAREFULLY. Misunderstandings were often due to my not understanding the construction lingo or not clarifying before signing. I can unreservedly recommend USModular… read full review

The team at US Modular has been fantastic throughout the entire process: from working with the city (not an easy feat in our case), to communication, to execution of the project. Their prices are reasonable and their construction and grading crew is extremely capable and hard-working. They took over our very complicated project in December and here we are in October nearing completion.
