After interviewing several construction companies, I chose USModular to build an ADU on my property. I'm happy to report they did a stellar job from start to finish. Like all projects, there were times we had to have discussions about misunderstandings between me and the company, but they were always handled professionally, fairly, and settled to my satisfaction.
They were mindful of my budget!
One word to anyone considering doing a project with a contract....and this applies to all contracts...READ THEM CAREFULLY. Misunderstandings were often due to my not understanding the construction lingo or not clarifying before signing.

The team at US Modular has been fantastic throughout the entire process: from working with the city (not an easy feat in our case), to communication, to execution of the project. Their prices are reasonable and their construction and grading crew is extremely capable and hard-working. They took over our very complicated project in December and here we are in October nearing completion.
So happy that I decided to have US Modular build my ADU! Their pricing, turn key process, project delivery schedule, and quality is unrivaled. I signed a contract August 2024 and received my occupancy permit April 2025, and this would have been 6 weeks earlier if not for SDGE. The entire team provided great customer service at every step and made the process easy. Thank you Todd and team for delivering for our family!
