Of course, having to make a call when there is water damage in your home is not a fun scenario. Having said that, when David and Paul first came out, they were professional and efficient. David explained the process and told me what to expect step, by step. Also, he handled the communication with my insurance. After the insurance approved the next step, David and Nate came and completed the demo. They were communicative, timely, and clean.
When I first put in my insurance claim I was surprised at how quick Team Delta arrived. David from Team Delta has done an exceptional job at explaining to us the situation and advising us well. He moves quick and started renovations within 1-2 weeks. Thank you David and Team Delta for giving my family and I some peace of mind during this tough time. 10/10 recommend.
