We needed this finished before escrow closed so he and his crew came on a Saturday and did the work. We needed the report of repairs before Monday by 9:00am he gave it by 7:00am. We found wood rot and black mold in all of the walls. He had to rebuild my entire downstairs rooms on the backside of my house.
