Bob did not come to my home to install the quietcool fan but Robert his assistant did and he did a magnificent job taking his time to make sure everything was properly installed. Went out of his way to patch an existing hole where he put the control module to cover up the drywall hole. Had a good attitude and personality and Bob was a good guy to talk over the phone to explain everything that would be done. Turn on The Fan after it was installed and felt the big difference of cool air coming into my home. May have him install on in my garage attic.

I can't say enough nice things about Bob and Bob's Eco Fans. Prior to install Bob answered all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable! He helped me pick the right fan for my house and was able to schedule install within a few days. One of Bob's employees did the install. He was professional, tidy and taught me all about how to use my new fan. I was impressed that not long after the install was complete Bob called to make sure I was satisfied. It's been almost a week now and I love the fan. It's dramatically cooled off my second floor at my house. I highly recommend a whole house fan from Bob!
