I came in feeling very unwell due to dehydration, and the staff quickly got me started on IV fluids with vitamins. However, there was one aspect of the visit that concerned me. During my examination, the physician did not check my lungs. This omission was notable given my low oxygen saturation levels. While I appreciate the efficiency of the visit, a thorough examination is always crucial for accurate diagnosis and treatment.“

“Great service, ability to set appointments online is it plus. Wait time was a bit long. This is an update to my prior review. I went yesterday for my covid-19 test. Although I had an appointment, it took almost an hour of waiting in the car line. There were four cars in front of me so I can understand some of that delay but some of that delay could have been avoided. I also felt they didn't inform me initially that my insurance would not pay for the test if I wanted to test due to travel. Someone came out later to take my payment but then when I told them that I thought I might have been exposed the prior weekend then they were able to charge my insurance. When I went a month ago, they handled us professionally and as quickly as possible to get our covid-19 test done. due to the recent change requiring appointments we didn't know and just showed up yet they took us in because the line was shorter than usual. We appreciated that consideration“

“I purchased two Covid Tests from the local pharmacies. Soooo complicated, it was absurd. One of them, as I opened one of the dozen "packets", lttle white crystals flew all over my bathroom!
Ultimately, I made an appointment ONLINE, EVEN GOT AN APPOINTMENT NUMBER AT A LOCAL RITE AID. After driving there, the pharmacy girl yelled at me, "WE DON'T DO COVID TESTS HERE!"

I found this Urgent Care Center online and drove there. It was like a dream. The girl at the front desk was warm and friendly, blended with professionalism. The doctor that tested appeared to be so knowledgeable, polite, and willing to help me. My test was negative, but my visit at this office WAS POSITIVE.“

I cannot thank the entire staff everyone from the Amazing and extremely professional Office Manager Yalda who is always there and goes above and beyond to make sure for any reason you might find yourself there you are taken care of, then theres the main DR who i owe my life to and when i say this believe me it is coming from a very deep place within me! Dr Hamid from the moment I walked in with a very sensitive issue he made me feel at ease not with fake promises but realistic expectations as long as i did what he advised and i did now closing on 6 years of having my life back thanks to this amazing place and its Staff. Anyone speaking negatively about this place or Dr Hamid or any staff members i cant speak on their personal experience but i can say this with the highest degree of confidence, Dr Hamid has never been anything but honest helpful has gone out of his way to make sure of my well being at any given time. Just having that comfort is such a blessing and such a big deal that i cant express in words. I waited all these years to post a review of this location for a reason. So if anyone is having any second thoughts or reading reviews that are not positive i just want to say please just go see Dr Hamid for any issues you or a loved one might be having related to "bad habits" i am a success story all thanks to Dr Hamid and his staff and Yalda is the sweetest the most caring person I have come across in this field so I don't understand the negative comments anyone is posting about her!
