There was only 1 woman working- but she was a complete all star. She was managing all the phone calls, patients appointments, as well as walk ins like me. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. As well as her, I wish I caught her name but she had beautiful blonde and brunette curls! So sweet really made my day much better!!

It was a one-woman show, but she handled it well. The healthcare worker did everything from check-in to collecting specimens for COVID-19 tests. I came 15 minutes before the appointment and was done about 10 minutes after the scheduled time. Booking the appointment was also a lot easier than many other sites. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because you can get free COVID-19 testing at many locations, but this place charged a $50 non-refundable fee for PCR (if you have insurance) and a $75 refundable fee for antigen (but you have to send the claim to your insurance company yourself for the refund). The courtesy of the front desk was a good sign. I was called in quickly, with patience. Elena, the PA-c assessed my current condition and provided a high level of health care. I'm confident in recommending this clinic.
