I was at the urgent care today for some issues that were bothering me a couple weeks . Dr Maryam atashbar visit me and with positive attitude and explain to me everything and did some test to find out my issue. I am very happy with this visit and thank you to all the clinical staff.

INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY STAFF. DR. HOOK WAS WONDERFUL! THEY SQUEEZED ME IN AT THE LAST MINUTE. WONDERFUL SERVICE. I VERY MUCH HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MEDICAL FACILITY. BEST OPERATION IN ALL OF VENTURA COUNTY. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

For a \"Medi-Cal\" -patient focused facility its pretty nice to have an urgent care available instead of going to the ER. While I understand some get frustrated with the long wait times during peak illness weeks, they need to also understand that this is a Medi-Cal office....meaning they don't have the budget other offices do to be able to facilitate more staff to accommodate the onslaught of patients that come in when there is only one doctor on-call at the urgent care. Even if you don't think anyone is there when you don't see anyone in the waiting room, they could have patients in the exam rooms with the physician meeting \u0026 examining each patient one at a time....read full review
