This was my first home renovation experience, and there were so many things I simply did not know to consider. Alec actively guided me through decisions and suggested better ways of doing things based on experience, not upselling. Before working with Alec, I have to admit that we carried many stereotypes about contractors. As first-time homeowners, we had heard so many horror stories that we approached the process with both caution and skepticism.
We found Alec on BuildZoom, where he already had excellent reviews. With half skepticism and half hope, we asked him to come by our house for a quote. At that time, our real estate agent had already recommended several contractors, but we quickly ran into basic issues – some didn’t respond to messages, some provided quotes that sounded outrageous without any breakdown, and communication overall felt unreliable.

I have used this company for two projects .. and both were absolutely beautiful and Alexis the most professional contractor I have ever used… keeping me up to date every day in detail what was being done. My bathroom is an absolute showpiece and everyone who sees it just can’t believe how gorgeous it is and it was a HUGE project… moving the toilet to the other side of the room etc also adding a window more than twice the size… I have to add a picture to do it justice.. but mostly I want to say how much I enjoyed using this company and would recommend them to anyone!
