“I highly recommend working with Malibu's Maid to Order. I spoke with Marybeth asking for a deep cleaning because I was moving out of my apartment after 10 yrs. She sent 2 ladies for 3 hours for satisfactory price. They were on time, brought their own supplies and went above and beyond. You can imagine after living in my one-bedroom for 10 yrs, a deep cleaning was needed. I'm grateful for their hard work. With their help, I was able to get my deposit back...that was the bonus! Plus, I've hired them again at my new 2 bedroom home. They are fantastic and so easy to work with.Thank you again to Marybeth and her wonderful team. “I had a fantastic 10 stars experience with Anastasia. I found myself being in very unexpected situation with my husband needed full time care at the hospital. When I called Anastasia, I was really overwhelmed and didn't even know to explain her what kind of help I was looking for. I needed pretty much help with everything around the clock. She told me she knew exactly what I needed, and she was absolutely right. On the first try, she was able to find a perfect match for our family, a wonderful caregiver - driving, English speaking, positive attitude, flexible, getting along with my son, and everything else I needed. Anastasia is sharp, efficient, productive, she knew how to identify my needs better than I myself, and she was right on top of it. I spoke to Anastasia on Friday morning, Saturday morning the caregiver started working and she is still with me for a long run hopefully. If anything, I wish I'd hired her long time ago, my life would've been so much easier!Thank you Anastasia! I definitely recommend everyone to work with Pacific Domestic Agency, you can't go wrong with them!“
“My place was probably a lot messier than they’re used to, especially since the main reason I called them was because I had gotten overwhelmed with trash/boxes/clothes/dishes after moving a month ago, but the blue team really came through! They were friendly, made conversation with me, and paid good attention to the focus areas I wanted. They went over the hour by a few minutes, but still didn’t charge any more for it. The only thing I’m not super keen on is the limited payment options. I didn’t have cash or a check so I had to give my credit card information over the phone. They also didn’t have a great way of managing tips- I want to be sure 100% of it goes to the workers (just adding it to my total receipt, without specifying how much I tipped, doesn’t make me feel super secure about that). Overall good experience and will probably be contacting them again for periodic deep cleans.“

“Elia and her crew are absolutely AMAZING! I cannot express enough how thrilled we are with the exceptionally thorough cleaning job they did in our home. Everything was spotless (from top to bottom) and it was the first time ever that I didn't have to rearrange and clean additional items myself when the cleaners left. They brought their own supplies, but, are totally open to using yours (we provided our own hardwood floor cleaner). Elia does charge a bit more than average, but, it's definitely worth every penny - she even stopped by the day before the service to provide an estimate. You will not be disappointed...and, the crew is so pleasant and efficient! Special note to Victor - we appreciate the "extra" effort!!!
