“My son has been going to prestige since he was 4 years old. He just turned 7. There are plenty of Tae Kwon Do schools in my area but I do make a little drive for Master Nam and his team. I've seen my son grow from a shy timid child into a more self confident, disciplined kid. Master Nam teaches but always makes time for some fun for the kids . You can tell he really enjoys what he does and he goes above and beyond for these kids. He throws movie nights, nerf parties bouncy houses and so much more. “Really enjoy learning from Coach Ken & Coach Allison at Anaheim Krav Maga. Been going to the morning class for about 2 years. The class is very welcoming, and they have students of all ages and levels. I like that it's very practical and that there is an emphasis on both physical training and mental wellbeing. “I've been training Muay Thai for a few years now and this is one of my favorite gyms I've trained at. The gym is small but it doesn't affect the quality of training at all in my opinion. Coach Gerson and Coach Anthony AKA "Frog" are very knowledgeable and you can tell they take a lot of pride in teaching good Muay Thai technique. I've learned a lot of new techniques at fight solutions and can say my Muay Thai has grown a lot training here. This gym is a very close knit group and I'm proud to be apart of it. We recently participated in a Make-up belt test and were able to see what different belts had learned while the kids proved their abilities. “I have found Richard's Tai Chi class to be excellent physical exercise and a fun activity that I can do with my husband. Richard is a great instructor and accommodates all ranges of physical ability. I am in pretty good physical condition due to years of ballet training. I had surgery earlier this year and hoped that Tai Chi would be beneficial in my recovery. To my delight, Richard modified the forms so that I could learn them easily despite having limited range of motion. I had planned to go back to my barre classes after I was fully healed. Regrettably, my barre studio closed due to the pandemic, but I am so happy with Tai Chi that I want to continue to learn and grow in my Tai Chi practice.“
