The school offers a range of classes, including beginner classes, early morning sessions, nogi, girls-only, and kids' Jiu Jitsu. My son trained at this gym for 2.5 years and we loved our experience with the kids classes. The coaches like Glenn and Professor Robynho are the perfect combination of calm, warm, and structured. My son got a great foundation of BJJ by training here and we’re sad that we had to leave the gym because we moved further away. He says he still misses the people there. Go Checkmat!
