If you want to learn useful skills, come try it out. If you want to play around, I recommend go elsewhere. That being said, the atmosphere is very welcoming and everyone tries to help everyone get better. Most of us have 9-5’s so we’re not trying to take each other’s heads off which I appreciate
Don't be intimidated of you're thinking of trying jiu jitsu. I started a little over a year ago with zero experience and training here has been one of the best parts of my day. Everyone here is nice and welcoming. We consider Coach Ben a friend. Free all women's class on Saturdays too 🤙
