I love this gym! I've been training with the Tillis Bjj team for 6 years and my experience has been exceptional. Noah is a great instructor and he has an eclectic team of great black belt coaches that all provide quality training. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to pick up a martial art, self defense or even just a great workout.

I've been training here for about 6 months, I've made so many new friendships. Learned so much & has helped me mentally and physically ! Always excited to come because every one is so welcoming & willing to help each other learn. It's my second home.

Great staff, even better community. If you're looking for a place to train and you are nervous about trying jiu jitsu; You will feel welcomed from the very beginning. Noah is 2nd to none and has just recently been awarded 2023 professor of the year via Sport Jiu Jitsu International Federation. Noah has a wide variety of training partners for every age and gender. His youth classes are just as busy as his adult classes! You will never see Noah's gym short of training partners; whether you're new or highly experienced, there is a partner for all (UFC fighters, amateur fighters, mothers and fathers, and even children as young as 4)!
