For anyone interested, here is a summary of the service:
I dropped off an iPad Pro with a moderately damaged screen, along with the typical Apple charging issues. Mason repaired the screen and, at my request, installed a new battery since the tablet was already disassembled and the battery was older with reduced service life. He also repaired the charging port/wiring issue at no additional cost.
The turnaround time was excellent. I dropped off the tablet on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM and received it back on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

“Problem solved! For 3 years my wi-fi signal would drop on my TV's, even while watching the shows. I switched the provider twice, tried extenders, etc. ATT worked for hours and fixed some other problems, but couldn't maintain wi-fi for 3 weeks. So frustrating! I requested the GS to eliminate an old wi-fi name, because I couldn't do it in settings. GS Nick tried several things. He finally said there must be a hidden source somewhere searching for a connection. I found a forgotten extender buried under papers on the floor but still plugged in! Such a simple solution, but the process of elimination took 3 years. Thank you Geek Squad.“
