Casey from CaseMac Wireless took exceptional care of me for my iPhone 16 Pro Max screen replacement. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the repair process, completed everything in a timely manner, and the quality of the screen replacement was flawless — my phone looks and feels brand new again.
I'm always skeptical of repairs done outside the Apple store but they exceeded all expectations! Fair pricing, great communication, and outstanding workmanship. Highly recommend to anyone needing phone repairs or accessories!
