I’ve been in there 3 times in the last few months and they never charged me a dime. They’ve spent at least 45 minutes helping me with software and setup and never asked for any payment. I’m sorry for those couple people who’ve had bad experiences but for me they’ve been great. Especially the young guy Nicholas. That dude is so kind and GREAT at all things software!
