I don't often write reviews, but Gio at Honest Repair iPhone absolutely earned one.
From the moment I walked in, Gio was honest, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me rather than just making a sale. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days.
The repair was completed quickly, professionally, and at a fair price. My device works perfectly, and I left feeling confident that I had been treated with honesty and respect.

I had a great experience with Gio at Honest Repair iPhone Repair. Even though I brought in a printer (not exactly their typical device), Gio was incredibly helpful, professional, and willing to take a look.
He quickly assessed the issue, explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand, and gave me an honest diagnosis without trying to upsell or push unnecessary services. That kind of integrity is rare and very much appreciated.
It’s clear Gio genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a quick buck. Because of that, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for future repairs—or recommend this place to others.
Thanks again, Gio!
