I needed to ship my son's custom gaming PC to him while he's stationed with the Army in Italy, and I was nervous about making sure it arrived safely. The graphics card needed to be removed before shipping, and I wanted someone who really knew what they were doing.

Computer Connect went above and beyond to take incredible care of the computer. They carefully removed the graphics card, secured the internal components with protective inflatable packing, and boxed everything up professionally for an international shipment. When I tried to pay them for the extra time and care, they refused and simply asked me to thank my son for his service. That generosity meant a lot!

I brought in an old laptop for repairment and it went great. Both fans were replaced and now it’s back to running smoothly. Omar was very helpful throughout the process and explained to me what went wrong.
