“My phone was dropped from 70 feet in the air at work and completely smashed . It was partially bent and the screen was shattered but it was still receiving calls and texts. To my surprise Sam said he thought he could fix it, gave him a day and went back and picked up a perfectly working and perfectly looking phone. He didn't have the same color blue for the back that my original phone had so we switched it to an army green but that doesn't bother me since I always have a Rokform case on it. The price was $400 which is a bit steep but considering I didn't have to pay for a new cell phone and the time expended switching everything over, price was well worth it. I highly recommend Sam for any cell phone repairs.“

“My fiance's iPhone12 mini's screen got cracked awhile back and we wanted to get it replaced. iRepair Cellular is right next to the Old Navy in the Whittwood shopping plaza, also close to Kohl's and Target. It's a very easy to find location. The tech that helped us with the screen replacement was super fast. It probably only took 5-10 minutes. The cost seemed fair, at $100. (on the website, Apple supposedly charges $230 for the same service!) And he even threw in a free screen protector for us, and installed it really fast too. All in all, it was a very easy and pleasant transaction. I hope we won't need to go back, but if we do, I'd return back for the same fast service. Thanks!(One small update, 02/06/24, my fiancé’s phone has been overheating a lot more since changing out the new screen. We went back and the tech at the shop let us know that replacement screens are LED screens and different from Apple screen materials, and can trap heat more. But of course the Apple screens cost much more. We still feel like we made the right decision, but it’s something to be aware of!)“
