Home Instead is a excellent company to hire for the need of elderly in home care services. Their staff is very nice, helpful and always available when you need assistant. This company takes great proud in hiring the right person for the job who will attend to the needs of the elderly person. As well as doing their best to relieve the family from any stress that they may feel for the care of their love ones. I would definitely hire Home Instead! This company hired me back in 2020 and at that time I was not sure if I really wanted to work for them. Her dedication and professionalism are evident three times a week when she arrives to assist with bathing and cleaning. Home Instead provided our family with several in home caregivers. All caregivers have different styles and attitudes toward work. One of the caregivers stands out to me as one who was and incredible blessing to our relative with dementia. Her name is Selene. She excelled in redirecting our relative through the personal care issues and drinking issues we faced. She took initiative with challenges. Selene posted photos of the groceries and receipts on the Home Instead family chat. The rest of our family could see the wonderful job she was doing.
