“First contractor came out: your system is trashed and too old, $24K for a full system upgrade or $19K if we use some of your old components and it’ll be two weeks before we can start. Patrick from Sexton shows up, replaces a couple of components, 30 mins later the system is up and running.“

“We called on the 3rd of July and spoke with Rachel who kindly scheduled our appointment. Diego and Ivan came on the morning of the 5th. They did a thorough job of cleaning our air ducts and exhaust fan. They also explained every thing they were doing very clearly. Whenever Diego saw any potential issues, he offered solutions. We didn't feel like they were rushing to finish (quality vs quantity). Diego also checked for mold and did not find any. He explained what he would've found had mold been present. “Barney, helped me again June 24Barney, helped me again June 24 2025. My AC was only blowing out hot air, and the freon line kept freezing up. Barney found one of my freon valves blew out. He replaced it pretty fast and got my AC up and running again. What I really like about Barney is that he tries to figure out the problem and tries to repair it. Instead of like some companies telling you right away that you have to replace your equipment. He is very friendly and professional, and he is very knowledgeable. “Luis and his team helped install 2 HVAC split zone systems when we did an addition back in 2020. Excellent work there. We had an issue with an older system (2011 install by others) in November 2022. After asking for help from Luis, they investigated and thought it might require a new internal computer board. After waiting for the part to arrive, Luis and his team were able to get it fixed without having to replace the whole system (which I suspect others might have done). So, they seem very knowledgable in HVAC and likely saved a bundle by doing proper work and determining the root cause and fixing just that.“

“Randy was so helpful and persistent when installing our new Sears Heat Pump. We have a 1950’s home which was not designed for all this newfangled technology. So it was tough to find out why exactly the heat pump would work for a little while and then stop. He came back 4-5 times to trouble shoot. Randy was so apologetic but we appreciated his determination to make it right regardless of the rain or time of day; which he did! ? Turns out the existing wiring was the problem. We really appreciate Randy for his professionalism, caring, dedication to doing a job well, and his friendliness!!Also, Mark, the salesman, got us a great finance deal. He was very patient with me as I’m a very careful type of shopper who has lots of questions. He didn’t mind breaking everything down to me and my husband. Very knowledgeable, kind, and resourceful.In conclusion, the Sears team was great. We felt we were in capable and caring hands. Something that sadly isn’t very common anymore.“
