As part of a massive remodel, I decided to get a new HVAC system. Diego and his team did an incredible job w the installation and they were always available to answer any questions as well as showing and demonstrating the new functionality of new dual zone system. Lastly, if I had any problems or concerns, he would come to my house without hesitation and with a friendly smile. UTOR is a quality shop with a genuine emphasis on customer satisfaction. Giving them 5 stars is not nearly enough for all the help that they gave our family! Experienced water damage at our house on July 4th and HVAC Utor has been nothing but a blessing throughout the process of our renovation. They are reliable and efficient throughout the process. Other than that, they do the work fast without compromising quality! I will definitely recommend this business to everyone. Kudos to Rachel and Diego for a big job well done! Thank you for everything!

Great Same Day Service during recent 100 degree heat wave. With nothing coming out from in house vents; Called UTOR first thing in the morning to make an appointment to diagnose and repair if necessary my AC ? Carlos arriving in the mid afternoon; performed multiple Evaluations, Inspections, Cleanings. Checks, Tests, Topped off Refrigerant and was gone with my gratitude shortly thereafter--- and most importantly with my then comfortable and cooling system blowing satisfying ample cool air flow after Carlos individually checked and verified that air flow from all eleven vents.Thank You,I'M A CUSTOMER !!!rb
