they gave us a fair price for high-quality roofing work and materials. our new roof looks great, and there have been no leaks at all. their roofing service was excellent from start to finish, with clear communication and quick responses by text, phone, and email. any time we had a question or needed a small schedule adjustment, the crew was polite, professional, and easy to work with. we asked if they could wrap up a little earlier one evening so our kids could get to sleep, and they were very understanding and respectful of our needs. it really showed that they care about the customer experience as much as the roof installation itself. the workmanship was solid, the… read full review

5 stars for every part of my roofing experience. Geoffrey met with me, explained each step of the roofing project, and made sure I understood the materials, timing, and what to expect. The crew arrived on schedule, worked hard the entire time, and showed real pride in their… read full review

William's Berkeley Roof Repair handled a full tear-off and roof replacement at my home in Berkeley, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It was an emergency reroof during a home sale, and the new buyers needed the roof replaced before closing, so timing really mattered. They fit us into the schedule in about a week, which was a huge help. Their crew showed up on time, worked hard, and kept the job site organized with no loud distractions or wasted time. the foreman nolan made sure every part of the roofing work was done right, from the tear-off to the final cleanup. he was polite, professional, and easy to talk to, and the whole team was very respectful.… read full review
