“Rob is an excellent PT. He is a high performing athlete himself so I feel he has a more hands on and practical experience than other PTs when working with you. He is also very well educated in PT methods and approaches. The studio is well located and very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.“

“I have had great results for my pelvic issues with PHRC, with Tiffany Ai Lan Vo and other PT’s there. The support staff is also very supportive, welcoming and competent in dealing with the insurance maze. Thank you Lisa Topete. I got excellent PT care, support and guidance there and highly recommend PHRC.

I went to PHRC after a mountain biking accident and healing of my fractured pelvic bone. The scar tissue buildup was restricting my range of motion and made bike riding painful. After much research, I found PHRC as the only PT clinics in the North Bay providing both strengthening training and manual therapy. I’m completely past my injuries and in a better physical condition than before my fall accident.“

“I've been working with a couple therapists for spinal nerve issues. The therapists are knowledgeable and very helpful, and willing to work with your schedule and preferences. They may try a variety of different techniques in order to help ease immediate pain and build up the needed strength to prevent it going forward.

Getting in touch over the phone can be hit or miss as the line is often busy, but they are usually good about calling back if you leave a message. Alternatively, you can go visit them and chat with the front desk in-person – the staff are a delight.“

“I’ve been seeing Dr. Janette throughout my preconception phase with suspected endometriosis, then pregnancy and now postpartum. She’s been wonderful throughout all phases and I cannot recommend her enough. She really knows her craft and has so many special skills beyond PT that keep on surprising me. She is respectful, gentle and warm. I especially appreciate that she thinks very holistically and truly listens to my personal concerns. Her approach is tailored to my needs and includes manual therapy that is the extremely helpful. After having my baby, I wasn’t able to come back as soon as I wanted to, but once I was back to working with Janette, I started healing my prolapse and abdominal separation noticeably in a very short amount of time.
If you are looking for an amazing pelvic floor PT, look no further. I highly recommend adding Janette to your health team.“

“Deena is a real healer. The combination of her impeccable knowledge of anatomy and how your body truly works with her experience and intentions to heal are truly wonderful and worth every moment and dollar spent.Often people work with a PT in emergency circumstances or recovering from an injury, but you may consider also working with her not in a time of crisis to improve your ergonomic relationship to whatever you do in your daily life and get tuned up! She’s wonderful and I can’t say enough good things, highly recommended.“

“I was impressed by the care and analysis taken by La Foot staff before they tried to sell me anything. After careful listening to my athletic needs, habits, and deficiencies they recommended a shoe that turned out to be ideal for my needs. The initial experience was so positive that I returned for gym specific shoes and ortho inserts for my Haflinger cork slippers. 6-months + into wearing the first shoes I remain totally satisfied. If you visit La Foot Plus be sure to go well before closing time. At the end of the day they respect their staff's non-work time by closing promptly at closing time, if not a little before.“
