Out of 5 locksmiths I called, only 1 other one COULD make the vw key i needed, and that guy said that for my model year, I might as well just go the dealer because he wasn’t able to do it even tho his software “should have” been able to. Dealer said it would be 6 days AND I’d have to get my car towed there for them to do it! ??♀️Steve showed up about 20 min after I talked to the dealer. He promised me he could get it done, but I had my doubts. 2 hours of persistence later, I had my new key and it started my car just fine. He even helped me with a small repair on another part of the car while we were waiting for the software to run.Super nice guy, very fast service, did what he promised at the price he promised.“

“OMG! I don’t know what would of happened if Devin didn’t come to our rescue!My coworkers car keys got stolen in Oakland :-(! In one of my projects I felt horrible for him! We always take care of our employees!I soon as I heard this I reached out to a couple lock smith the first one responded really quick and never sent a technician!!! We wasted more than half of day waiting for them!At around noon I found two wheeled locksmith!! Devin didn’t answer my call but texted me right away! I was a bit sketchy at first due to my experience with the first locksmith that I reached to! I constantly kept texting Devin even tho he confirmed multiple times he was going to go help us, I couldn’t help feeling anxious. I even called him but Devin was so patience with me he understood my worry! For the 500th time (lol) he reassure me he was going to go to the site in 20mins and 20mins later my coworker confirmed Devin had arrived!!!Devin ended up replacing the ignition free of charge and took my guy to the store with him to Keep him safe (it was dark already) Devin grow up in that area and was concerned for my guy standing in the street on his own! My heart fills up with happiness thinking of everything Devin did to keep my guy safe!Devin worked until 8pm just to make sure my coworker got home safe!I can’t thank Devin enough for going the extra mile!! Asked to contact the dispatched locksmith, they answered then went silent for a week. Contacted KeyMe again, the matter was resolved in 48 hours. Grateful to see a level of professionalism and attentiveness that's ready to deal with complications.Charged me a $79 service fee to go away after failing to open one lock. Did not use lock picking tools, just some air bags and a large screwdriver. Had to get someone else. Learned KeyMe had destroyed the lock before they left. Furious is putting it lightly.“
