I wanted to support a local business -- and you should too -- so I called Velocity and discussed my situation. Eddie came over to my house about 10 minutes later and took care of the problem in about 20 minutes. That's 30 minutes in total, my problem solved.I also learned a thing or two about locks, master keys, duplicates, and old original handles which are hard to replace.

We had an emergency where we needed to re-key all of our locks. Velocity came out within one hour and had the job done quickly! I highly recommend them and will work with them again in the future.

Velocity Lock & Key is great. I first called them as they are near the thrift store where I volunteer, but each time we've called on Eddie, he has promptly delivered expert advice and service. We've had him replace our front door lock that finally wore out after 50+ years and most recently he installed a deadbolt and door handle in the new door leading to our garage. He also helped our son sort out some door and lock issues in the new house he bought -- Eddie even helped him cut out the opening for a cat door. Prompt to respond, knowledgeable, friendly and a capable locksmith. Why call anyone else?
