I called first to see if they had what I was looking for. They were very polite and helpful over the phone. The location was easy to find and had easy parking. They even had a few option of what I was looking for. The prices were reasonable. They were just as polite, helpful and very fast to get me in and out.

Hooray for our neighborhood locksmith. Just in one house call, they (1) realigned my conventional deadbolt lock so it matched with the strike; (2) removed a not-so-great Kwikset brand smart lock (purchased from Amazon); (3) installed a new smart lock; and (4) cut extra keys for our new smart lock. Very professional, right on time, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Our 100 year old front door knob, of which we are quite fond) was broken. Glenview Key and Lock were available within 2 days, showed up on time, fixed it, and didn't charge a fortune. Can't ask for much more than that, really
