I brought my ysl in to get the strap shortened and he was able to do it in 30 minutes at a very affordable price. If you have any designer goods that need repair, I highly recommend this place

I had such a fantastic experience here today as a new customer that I genuinely want to take the time to write a five star review. At 6pm, I brought in 4 new heels and a watch for repair. The owner greeted me right away and was cheerful and quite pleasant. Even though the store closed at 6:30pm he offered to complete the shoes in the next 20 minutes if I wanted to wait.Within 20 minutes they were all done and even waiting for me at the counter when I returned. Brand new and looking great! I wasn't expecting to see them for a week, so this really blew me away.Thanks again for the great customer service & great work. I was encouraged to see all the five-star reviews here for Mak & Co, so I headed there to take one pair of shoes that needed new soles and a pair of Birkenstocks that needed some minor repair. I dropped them off this morning, left my phone number, and within a couple of hours I got a text that they were *BOTH* done! What a wonderful outcome! I was pleased with the speed, the work, and the price. I see no need to try to go anywhere else, just as long as I continue to live in San Francisco and Mak's remains in business. Great job, Ming! Highly recommended!
