Out of 5 locksmiths I called, only 1 other one COULD make the vw key i needed, and that guy said that for my model year, I might as well just go the dealer because he wasn’t able to do it even tho his software “should have” been able to. Dealer said it would be 6 days AND I’d have to get my car towed there for them to do it! ??♀️Steve showed up about 20 min after I talked to the dealer. He promised me he could get it done, but I had my doubts. 2 hours of persistence later, I had my new key and it started my car just fine. He even helped me with a small repair on another part of the car while we were waiting for the software to run.Super nice guy, very fast service, did what he promised at the price he promised.“

Asked to contact the dispatched locksmith, they answered then went silent for a week. Contacted KeyMe again, the matter was resolved in 48 hours. Grateful to see a level of professionalism and attentiveness that's ready to deal with complications.Charged me a $79 service fee to go away after failing to open one lock. Did not use lock picking tools, just some air bags and a large screwdriver. Had to get someone else. Learned KeyMe had destroyed the lock before they left. Furious is putting it lightly.“
