Steve went above and beyond. Out of 5 locksmiths I called, only 1 other one COULD make the vw key i needed, and that guy said that for my model year, I might as well just go the dealer because he wasn’t able to do it even tho his software “should have” been able to. Dealer said it would be 6 days AND I’d have to get my car towed there for them to do it! ??♀️Steve showed up about 20 min after I talked to the dealer. He promised me he could get it done, but I had my doubts. 2 hours of persistence later, I had my new key and it started my car just fine. He even helped me with a small repair on another part of the car while we were waiting for the software...read full review
Needed my key fob reprogrammed and Steve is as great!! had the lowest price in the area, got to me in 15 minutes, super fast, super friendly and very helpful. Will be using his services in the future if need be! Highly recommend!
when I needed help getting back inside my house, I called Tony and he was there in less than 15 mins. He gave the help I needed even though it was much harder than both of expected. I would recommend him to anybody who needs a locksmith
