“These guys are incredible! On the first visit the technician, Elvis, did a thorough crawlspace inspection in a very difficult to access attic space which no exterminator had dared to access before. This was followed by an exterior roof inspection, which was followed by all the isolation work being completed the same day. This is above and beyond. Last but not least, I really appreciate the company’s responsiveness and the fact that I was constantly kept in the loop on the findings in the crawlspace and on the roof (such as rodent footprints, gaps, and potential entry points) through photos and video clips of these areas. These entry points were all caulked and sealed off with steel mesh, and a one way door was installed on one of the openings in the roof. There was a decrease in rodent activity literally overnight. I suppose a few of them took the one way door out! While I realize that our rodent problem won’t disappear instantly because A) it’s been going on for a while, B) we live in a forested area, and C) someone is feeding local wildlife nearby, judging by all the peanut shells that crop up daily in our yard—even so, these were very tangible results after multiple previous attempts at extermination, both professional and DIY.
