Kyle, the owner, replaced my home's central AC + Furnace yesterday - a 3 ton unit in La Palma. PROS: 1. He will tell you every tech detail -- calculation of AC size, airflow speed through vents, vent optimal sizes, heat-exchanger efficiency, ... VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE from engineering standpoint. 2. He added so many free items even without my asking for them just because he wanted to do an A+ job. Small things like a new 3-way plug to replace the old one he noticed (he didn't have to), 3. He went into the attic and readjusted the airflow of all 8 registers so now all rooms get uniform air instead of one room getting too much and one very little. Keen Tech Mechanical HVAC (KTM, Kyle McFall) came in as my search for contractor to install mini split AC units on my second floors home. He was my 7-8th called, and was my last. Kyle gave us a better proposal than any other contractors, better units, better way to install, and price was within the ballpark with others. I am very impress with this gentleman, his knowledge about AC system is incredible, his work habit is extremely please the whole family, smooth and very clean environment. Very pleased with the knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced, informative, and timely service provided. Hired to replace a Panasonic high-end bathroom fan without access from above where the sheet rock was applied after the fan was installed.
