I was given one price at first, then a different price, and then yet another price. The lack of transparency and consistency was a major red flag.
On top of that, the work they did was absolutely terrible. Poor quality, careless, and far below any acceptable standard. What we received did not match what was promised at all.
This business shows no professionalism, no honesty in pricing, and no pride in their work. I strongly regret trusting them with my dog and would never recommend this place to anyone.“

It was easy to book an appt, the shop is clean, and everyone we encountered was friendly and I felt comfortable leaving my baby with them. Two hours later she was ready for pickup and her haircut was PERFECT. Her cut was spot on, it was more than just a clipper cut like had been receiving, she actually looked styled, her fur was clean and soft and she smelled good! She still looks great almost 2 weeks later! They don't charge to use your card, making paying and tipping easy, and offer receipts. We found our new groomer!“
