“My daughters took one of our cats over to have vaccinations and a therapy grooming done. They said the lobby is very neat and clean, and the receptionist are attentive. The only things they could improve on were creating an exact list and price estimate of services available on their website, as well as some sort of area stating that cash and credit/debit card are both accepted.Otherwise, everything was great: the services were excellent, and our cat was much better.“

“The only place my dogs have been ok to go to. Mary is gentle and loving, does a great job and so reasonable. I would recommend her if your dog is scared/timid like mine. She also has very roomy/nice cages to put dogs in.“
“I have been a loyal client of Southwest for over 15 years. They have always been my go-to even when I lived across town. The staff is always kind and compassionate toward my and my pets' needs. They have always tried to squeeze me in when having urgent needs. Dr. Love is one of my favorite doctors but to be honest all the doctors have always taken great care of my two girl doggies. The only reason i can't give them a 5 star is due to their phone lines being tied up (lots busy signals!) and relatively small office. I can say they have truly outgrown this location and could really benefit from a larger office and better phone system.“

She was able to explain in detail the procedures they would be preforming. She was very empathetic and professional. The clinic also offers ScratchPay, a lending payment plan option which is great if needed.“
