Between managing the daily demands of running a ranch with horses and serving as the full-time caregiver for my 101-year-old mother-in-law, my days are completely unpredictable. I never know when I will be able to step away, which means I often have to bring my pack in at the last minute. They take my walk-ins in stride and accommodate my chaotic schedule without hesitation.
