Victor was the best! My baby had never been to a groomer and he introduced himself to my Tootlebug and she came out so happy. He truly does a great job and cares about comforting the fur baby and the owner. Totally recommend!

We rescued our sweet girl. So with that comes her anxiety and fear. She is terrified of men in general. However, this man worked with us and through her worry. Got her nails cut and even had peroxide on stand by to get myself cleaned up from my girl biting me. I recommend him for anything. His patience alone is something to be admired.

My dog suffers from PTSD from a young life of trauma. Victor's approach and demeanor is calm and patient. I think my dog feeds off this and is lulled by his gentle and calm approach. He does a great job and his price is more than reasonable. I highly recommend Bowser's.
