She’s a sweetheart. Had a rescue infested with ticks. Needed same day emergency service and Chantelle’s took care of our puppy and gave great advice on how to protect our home. Can sleep now without the fear of a tick infestation. Thanks for the 5star treatment!!! Highly recommend!
I love them! When I first got my dog, I noticed he started having anal gland issues. Every place I called couldn't get him in for a few days and also wanted to charge me for a full grooming. I called Chantell's and they got him in same day and didn't charge me for a full grooming since I just wanted his glands done. Since that day, anytime I call they squeeze him in for 5 minutes to help me out. Today they even clipped his nails for free to see how he would react because I mentioned how he bites me when I try. They care more about their clients and animals and aren't just in it for profit. They will be our go to place for anything from now on!!! Thank you guys so much!
