The staff is friendly, helpful, and respectful. Dr.Payne (I believe that's her name) is great. She was helpful and answered all the questions I had. She was able to explain in detail the procedures they would be preforming. She was very empathetic and professional. The clinic also offers ScratchPay, a lending payment plan option which is great if needed.

Dr. Michel is the best! She is kind, gentle and very knowledgeable. She never rushes us, and takes the time to get to know the humans as well as the dogs. She does not suggest unnecessary treatments and always takes a reasonable, conservative, and compassionate approach. All four of our dogs are seen by her and each time I see her, I always feel better that our pups are in good hands. I have recommended Dr. Michel to others and would gladly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Dr. Michel!

I've been bringing my dogs here for a few years now and honestly I trust them so much that I'd leave my kids here too if they let me. Lol jk but they really are great here. I've got 2 German shepherds and my female shepherd is terrified of people. When I first started boarding them.. Lacey & Alexis worked with her and sent me pictures of them with my dog while I was out of state. They went the extra mile because they knew how nervous I was to leave her. The staff is great. I've been helped by Joanne, Darcy, Haley, Carlos, and they've all been great. They take their time with me with any concerns. & when I do have my kids with me, they always open up the treasure chest...read full review
