They sent out the first technician which this guy was maybe 22 23 not much experience under his belt well I sent him away because we've had five or six other companies with young guys didn't know what they were doing so I wasn't going to waste my time with this one. I called the office and complained told her how I felt and she sent out a different technician by the name of Milton. This guy was a very honest guy. Explain things very clearly. Walked me through everything and he immediately identified three problems. Couldn't have had a better experience with a technician so I give this five stars. If you have to call them to come out and you're having some major issue that nobody's been able to figure out request Milton he's your guy.“
