The focus of understanding how the exercises work the different muscles improved the workout immensely and the small class size means you receive personal corrections and feedback to be safe. I can now lift my granddaughter with proper form and enjoy playing at the playground without restriction or pain. Monarch Pilates has helped me to keep living my life as I always have and to continue to build strength as I age instead of losing it“

1055 17th Ave, Santa Cruz“My wife and I visited Santa Cruz for three weeks in September, and we attended Cycle every weekday morning that we were in town. That's a dozen classes. GOAT is amazing! The equipment is first-rate, the people are friendly and welcoming, and the instructors push you way harder than you think you can go. We especially enjoyed Natalia's classes. She is an exceptional instructor. My only regret about the experience is that we don't live in Santa Cruz and can't be in that wonderful GOAT community every day.“

1855 41st Ave D04, Capitola“Loving loving this Jazzercise class, and all the instructors!! I had been wanting to try Jazzercise for years and never went for it. I wish had joined sooner. The workouts are fun, and really get my heart rate going and muscles working. The workouts can be modified to fit your level of fitness and you can easily build up your stamina and strength. You definitely feel like you’ve had a great workout at then end of each class. The instructor never make you feel bad if you can’t keep up, but encourage you to try your best, while helping you improve form and function. I had gone to a few in person classes and everyone there is warm and welcoming. However, I have found the live streaming of classes to work better for me. It is a good option if you don’t have the time to drive to class, or just want the privacy of your own space. The different instructors are wonderful and I love how they keep you laughing and engaged with their commentary, singing and encouragement! If you are on the fence, definitely just go for it! You won’t regret it and will be healthier and stronger for it!“

This club has a wonderful community if youre looking to meet new people 😊 definitely getting more than your money's worth 😉“
