I had 2 leaks in my garage, after looking up different roofers I contacted Luis based on the reviews. I was not disappointed. When he came out to assess my roof, he was extremely knowledgeable, and showed me exactly what he was talking about. After discussing options, he gave me an honest price and wasn’t trying to sell me something I did not need. When they came out, the crew was professional. I would definitely be going LAC roofing in the future for all of my roofing needs. And I would recommend Luis to my family and friends for their roofing needs. Not only was he sincere and genuine, but I received an honest price and got my roof fixed.
Luis was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable from the very first phone call. I had damage from recent wind storms and rain storms that the insurance company said they would not cover. I called Luis and explained what was going on he verbally told me what it sounded like and asked if he could come over the next day. I happily agreed. When he came over he showed me how the roof was not properly installed and how the water was coming in my home. We discussed the price and work to be done.
