In November, I found Javier's YouTube videos and we hired him to resurface our roof in Encino with the silicone product. By the end of the week we had a completely refreshed roof ahead of the December rain. Javier and his team did an outstanding job and I am very pleased with the results. I have attached before and after photos of our roof, I am very pleased with the results and since the work was completed we have complete peace of mind knowing we will know longer have the pesky leaks for many years to come. The roof on our building was in need of repair. We got two quotes from different companies, and we are so happy that we chose Javier Chavez and American High Tech Roofing. Javier and his team went above and beyond our expectations. From the start the communication was exceptional. They showed up on time and worked every day until the work was done. Not only do we have a roof that is fixed, but our roof is the best looking one in the neighborhood. I highly recommend using them. The product they use is guaranteed to withstand time and they and the product manufacturer stand behind the work. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!
We weren't expecting this much rain in Southern California! Being in the heart of a busy street like York Blvd in Highland Park, my tenants desperately needed their roof fixed! I searched through Google and found American High Tech Roof Coatings. Called and received an immediate response from Javier. Javier came down, consulted with a great estimate and estimate of job. As soon as time and weather permitted, Javier and crew started working on the roof. Finished in no less than three weeks. So far, with these crazy pours, the roof is in great shape now!
