Alejandro and Erandi did an amazing job! As a general contractor they provided complete proof of work with more than enough pictures. Very workable on price and present for the job. They didn't let any problems hold them up.
I had a problem with birds nesting at the eaves of my roof along with multiple cracked tiles. Other contractors on inspection tried to push for a complete reroofing project at first. Alejandro and his team provided the most comprehensive and honest assessment of what my roof would need and did a roof maintenance and removed the birds nests for a reasonable price. The other contractors who looked at my roof initially quoted me slightly lower than Alejandro for a roof maintinence however many of them had clauses that would lead to additional charges as they did more work which felt dishonest to me. Would highly recommend outer shield roofing.
OuterShield Roofing is outstanding. Alejandro (owner/roofer) and Erandi (office manager) were amazing to work with. Erandi keeps everything organized and communicates quickly, while Alejandro worked hands-on with his crew to complete our roof before the rain on a very tight timeline.
They answered every question (and there were MANY), were respectful of health concerns in our home, and took the time to educate us on the roof in its entirety, including ventilation, underlayment, and the chimney.
