We got our house 12 years ago, knowing that the roof was old but didn't think that it was damaged badly inside. Gladly we got Outer Shield Roofing recommended by one of my neighbor; and just one call, they came to estimate the cost. Thanks to Erandi and Alejandro, they got the city permit and start fixing within a month. Everything is solved quickly, I like the way they communicate, they even take pics and video to show me the process. The cost is reasonable too; even though, I added some extra fix, they were happy to negotiate the new price and re-write the contract. And this is why you should choose Outer Shield Roofing, we had our roof replaced by them several months ago. Last week I noticed a couple of nails and some paint chipping on the second level bay window. Within 2 days the owner was back to fix the problem, he even painted the small chips! Talk about great service! Did I mention we're up on a mountain?
