It's rare to find a business that does what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it and at a high level-Top Quality Roofing does. Shane really took care of us from the beginning. He was very prompt and brought samples and took care of all requests needed whenever requested. Pricing was very fair and logistics were handled very well to make the whole experience positive. Our roof looks so much better. There was also an issue with the finishing, and he took care of that within a few days. We’re definitely very satisfied with Top Quality Roofing!
Mike and his crew just repaired a roof leak in my home. His work corrected a poorly made repair made by another roofer. I found Mike to be communicative, and he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it - a rarity with contractors these days. Mike's rates are reasonable. He is fast and did some little extras that I needed, but I didn't know I needed them. For example, he cleaned my gutters and repainted the gas vent cap--all within the price he quoted. If you need a responsive roofer, Mike is your man!
